Bikram Yoga 90 minutes class

Bikram Yoga Class (90min)

Bikram Yoga consists of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises in a hot environment for 90 minutes.

Even online lessons can be maximized by keeping the room as warm as possible.

The teacher does not pose and gives verbal instruction.

By following the teacher's words, it is safe and maximizes the effect of the pose. If you have a mirror, be sure to stand in front of the mirror and focus on your body.

Bikram Yoga is effective in supplementing what you need. Through yoga, you can rediscover your mind and body that you may or may not know, as you will be able to comprehensively train your concentration, flexibility, balance, and strength.

Hatha Yoga Class (60min)

A 60-minute class that combines breathing exercises and yoga poses.

A wide range of people can participate, including those who are new to yoga, those who are not confident in their physical strength, those who are busy, and those who have experienced Bikram Yoga.

Gentle stretch 60 minutes class 

​Gentle Stretch Class (60min)

Through simple breathing and stretching, you will relieve your physical and mental fatigue.
You don't have to do difficult yoga poses to adjust your body. By moving along the structure of the body with breathing, it promotes relaxation both physically and mentally and activates the body.
Each stretch is very simple. We hope that you will find your favorite stretch and help you add the habit of stretching to your daily habits.
Also, if you are an experienced yoga person, basic stretching will help you to practice your daily yoga more effectively and safely. This class can be enjoyed by those who lack exercise, those who have no experience in yoga, and those who have experience in yoga.

​About Zoom

Online lessons are conducted using Zoom.

When you book a lesson, you will receive a meeting ID and password by email.

To attend a lesson, open the Zoom app, select "Join Meeting" and enter your ID and password.

Since it is an approval system, please enter with the name registered in My Account. ​​
